My client is a well-established agency looking for a Property Manager to join their team. They are seeking someone with previous experience in Lettings or Property Management, although training will be provided. They have a supportive team and are looking for someone who wants to be part of it.

Duties:

• Resolving maintenance-based queries either by telephone or email
• Liaising with private tenants and the management company
• Reporting maintenance issues to approved contractors
• Arranging access for contractors
• Consulting with landlords
• Providing regular updates on the progress made
• Maintaining accurate records
