Job summary

H&H Group plc is seeking a Property Manager to join its Cumbrian Lettings team. The role covers the full letting process, from marketing and viewings to inspections and maintenance, with hybrid work from home and Carlisle office one day per week. Training is provided to help your professional growth in residential property management.

You will need strong communication, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused, team-first approach, plus a full driving licence. ARLA qualification is welcomed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in property management or similar role; full training provided.
• Experience in lettings processes and landlord/tenant liaison is desirable.
• Pursuing ARLA qualification is welcome and supported.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to coordinate lettings.
• Organise and oversee property maintenance and inspections.
• Conduct viewings and process tenancy applications.
• Carry out check-ins, check-outs and property inspections.
• Prepare leases and manage deposits.
• Assist with admin and support the wider team.

We are looing to appoint a Property Manager to join our Cumbrian based Lettings team. If you have experience in the lettings industry (and maybe even working towards your ARLA qualification), we would love to hear from you. What We are Looking For

You will need to be confident using Microsoft Office and happy juggling a busy, varied workload. You will be managing the full lettings process - from marketing and viewings to inspections and maintenance - so good organisation and communication skills are key.

Day-to-Day, you will be:

• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Organising and overseeing property maintenance
• Conducting viewings and processing tenancy applications
• Carrying out check-ins, check-outs, and property inspections
• Preparing leases and handling deposits
• Assisting with admin and supporting the wider team

Whilst we can offer flexible arrangements, we are looking for someone working on a full-time basis from home covering our Cockermouth area but working from the Carlisle office one day per week. This is not always a desk bound role. Whilst you will be office based to carry out paperwork, your role will involve travelling the area managing, viewing and visiting properties.

You Will Need:

• A full, clean driving licence

We would prefer at least 1 year's experience in property management or a similar role but full training will be provided.
