Property Manager – Duties

1. Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
2. Carrying out mid term inspections
3. Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing works orders and obtaining invoices
4. Ensuring property compliance
5. Organising tenancy paperwork
6. Supporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals
7. General lettings administration and handling incoming enquiries

Property Manager – Experience Needed

1. Previous property management experience is essential
2. Professional written and verbal communication
