Role Details
  • Salary: £26,700 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
  • Full-time hours: 8:30am-6pm weekdays, 9am-5pm one-in-four Saturdays

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property inspections
  • Negotiate tenancy extensions or renewals
  • Manage maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Handle deposit returns and resolve rental arrears
  • Process eviction requests
  • Ensure properties meet health and safety standards
  • Build relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage complaints and complete check-in/out procedures
