Job summary

Property Link Midlands Ltd is seeking an experienced commercial property manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a multi-let portfolio in the Birmingham area. You will look after tenants and buildings, keep units let, and protect and grow rental income.

You will work closely with directors and a small in-house team to ensure smooth operations, lease events, rent collection, and compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management, ideally multi-let industrial or trade.
• Good working knowledge of commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters.
• A confident negotiator and communicator, firm and fair with tenants.
• Commercially minded, numerate and organised.
• Able to work independently in a small team.
• RICS qualification is welcome but not essential.
