A fantastic opportunity for an organised and diligent Property Manager to join a leading independent estate agent within their office in Barnt Green. This is a brilliant opportunity for a competent Property Manager to join an excellent company that has a long-standing reputation locally.

Property Manager – Benefits

  • Scope for further training including ARLA qualification

Property Manager – Duties

  • Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
  • Booking mid-term inspections
  • Organising and conducting check-outs and inventories
  • Organising contractors, gaining quotations, issuing work orders, and obtaining invoices
  • Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety, and EPC certifications
  • Dealing with deposit disputes
  • Organising tenancy paperwork
  • Getting involved in serving section notices as required
  • Supporting the landlord with rental reviews and tenancy renewals

Property Manager – Experience Needed

  • Previous Lettings experience or Property Management experience is required
  • Must be able to prioritise and manage workload effectively
  • Confident with using IT systems and Lettings CRM software is desirable
  • ARLA or CePAP qualification is desirable
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle are required
