Property Manager – Benefits

• £27,000 basic salary

Property Manager – Duties

• Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
• Booking mid-term inspections
• Organising and conducting check-outs and inventories
• Organising contractors, obtaining quotations, issuing works orders, and processing invoices
• Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety, and EPC certifications
• Dealing with deposit disputes
• Organising tenancy paperwork
• Serving section notices as required
• Supporting landlords with rental reviews and tenancy renewals

Property Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous lettings or property management experience is required
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
• Confident with IT systems; experience with lettings CRM software is desirable
• ARLA or CePAP qualification is desirable
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle required
