Job summary

Clark James Recruitment is recruiting a Property Management Team Leader for a London-based estate agency with multiple offices. The role leads a team of four Property Managers overseeing about 700 properties, ensuring exceptional customer experience and high operational standards across compliance, maintenance and tenancy management.

You will develop staff, drive process improvements, and collaborate with senior leadership to align with wider business objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Residential Property Management.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring others.
• Strong understanding of compliance and operational processes.
• Commercial awareness and KPI management capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for developing people.
• Strong organisation and decision-making skills.
• Ability to drive change and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Property Management operation within your branch, ensuring outstanding customer experience while maintaining operational excellence across compliance, maintenance and portfolio performance.
• Lead and develop a team of 4 Property Managers, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Monitor workload distribution and portfolio health, and ensure service standards and KPIs are achieved.
• Identify and implement process improvements and recruit, onboard and retain talent as needed.
