Job summary

HS2 Ltd is recruiting a Property Management Surveyor in Birmingham to manage our residential and commercial property portfolio. You will liaise with managing agents, monitor lettings and maintenance, and support the acquisition team on pre-completion inspections and handovers.

The role requires data analysis, reporting to senior stakeholders, and strong stakeholder management to influence outcomes while ensuring health and safety compliance and adherence to HS2 policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to compile and analyse data and present reports to senior stakeholders.
• Data compilation, integration, analysis and presentation.
• Manage competing priorities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and embed Equality Diversity and Inclusion in all work.
• Manage HS2's residential and commercial property portfolio.
• Coordinate with property managing agents on lettings, rent collection, maintenance and disposals.
• Coordinate with Acquisition team for pre-completion inspections and handover on completion.
• Monitor day-to-day management by agents, including budgeting of fees and expenses.
• Ensure properties comply with Health and Safety regulations and company policies.
• Support senior team members and deputise for the Senior Property Management Surveyor.
