- Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance requests
- Liaise with contractors to ensure timely and quality repairs
- Handle rent reviews and lease/contract renewals
- Oversee compliance, risk, and structural inspections
- Manage Section 20 consultations and rent arrears
- Maintain accurate property records in the central database
- Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- RICS-accredited Real Estate degree
- Experience in commercial and residential property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player
- Proficient in IT systems
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Work with a highly respected and established firm
