A growing and digitally advanced surveying firm seeking experienced consultant Residential Surveyors in:

• Leeds
• Sheffield,
• Birmingham,
• London Central, East or West
• Bradford/Huddersfield/Halifax based

The Opportunity

Our Client is an independent and forward-thinking practice offering a modern approach to residential surveying. Due to increasing national demand, they are looking to expand with qualified and motivated surveyors. This is a fantastic opportunity for surveyors seeking both flexibility and generous financial rewards, working under a 70/30 fee split (to surveyor)

This role offers full autonomy with the backing of an efficient operational team, intuitive technology, and a brand built on integrity and professionalism.

Role Overview

Conduct Level 2 (Homebuyer Reports) and Level 3 (Building Surveys) on residential properties. Manage your own workload within your local area. Produce clear, detailed and client-focused reports. Communicate professionally with clients, offering expert post-survey support when needed.

Candidate Profile

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified (with VRS registration preferred).
• A minimum of 2 years’ residential surveying experience.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
• Competent with modern survey reporting software (training available if needed).
