Job Opportunity: Property Management Officer (Maternity Cover)

An opportunity has arisen for a 12-month maternity cover post in a busy Property Management Team. The role involves managing over 500 properties across the Borough, with a range of tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing excellent customer service to tenants
  2. Ensuring rental payments are collected
  3. Carrying out property inspections, viewings, and exit inspections
