• £32,500 to £43,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
• Up to £7,200 in capped commission
• Uncapped commission target of £3,725

Role responsibilities

• Managing a team of property managers
• Monitoring and assessing team member performance, including one-to-one meetings
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and risk management
• Conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Handling deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing check-in and check-out procedures, including inventory reports

Candidate requirements

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential lettings property management
• Ability to foster a positive team environment
• Developing team members’ careers
• Strong knowledge of residential lettings legislation

Additional details

To proceed, you must:

• Hold a full UK manual driving licence
• Have legal right to work in the UK (evidence required: Passport or Birth Certificate)
