Job summary

CBRE UK invites applications for the Property Management Graduate Scheme. The 24‑month programme focuses on Property Management with APC through RICS, includes full training, mentoring and an optional funded Masters for non-cognate entrants.

You will attend client meetings, work with cross‑functional teams, and use real estate analytics tools to support rental and valuation tasks. This role requires UK work eligibility and a drive to learn in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• RICS accredited degree or equivalent required.
• 2:1 minimum for cognate or non-cognate candidates.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Right to work in the UK at start of employment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Driving licence preferred for regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and present findings.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real estate solutions.
• Use industry tools to calculate rental, rating and valuation figures.
• Conduct market research on trends in the commercial real estate sector.
• Inspect and measure properties and arrange viewings.
• Draft schedules and reports and prepare sales particulars.
• Meet deadlines set by colleagues and clients.
• Be in the office on each working day to maximise learning.
• Occasionally work additional hours.
