Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. invites graduates to join its Commercial Real Estate Graduate programme. Over 24 months, you’ll rotate across Valuations, Capital Markets and Leasing, with APC via RICS and a part-time RICS-accredited Masters funded by CBRE.

You will indicate your area preference on application, benefiting from extensive training, mentoring and exposure to world-class projects with a leading client base.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the UK at start of employment.
• Cognate or non-cognate degree welcome; RICS-accredited path preferred.
• 2:1 minimum degree requirement for RICS accreditation path.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and present findings to colleagues and clients.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to build professional skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real estate solutions.
• Utilise industry software and analytics tools to support valuations, leasing and market research.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in commercial real estate.
• Inspect and measure properties and contribute to viewings and marketing materials.
• Prepare schedules, reports and sales particulars for clients.
• Meet deadlines and maintain strong team communication.
• Office-based learning to maximise collaboration and development.
• Possible overtime as required by the role.
