Job summary

CBRE UK invites high-potential graduates to join its 24‑month Commercial Real Estate Graduate programme in London. You will rotate through Valuations, Capital Markets and Leasing, working on world‑class projects for a broad client base.

The scheme includes training, mentoring from industry experts, and aims to complete the APC via RICS, with a fully funded Masters for non-cognate entrants. Closing 25 October 2026; start date September 2027.

Qualifications

• Interest in real estate and built environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and present findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real estate solutions.
• Utilise real estate analytics tools for rental, rating and valuation figures.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Inspect and measure properties and arrange viewings.
• Draft schedules and reports and prepare sales materials.
• Meet deadlines set by colleagues and clients.
• Be office-based to maximise learning and collaboration.
• Work additional hours when required.
