Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial property management and using a property management database.
• Ability to interpret leases.
• Understanding of rating and utilities, and experience dealing with suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating and preparing all management reports and tenancy schedules.
• Ensuring property management systems and records are accurate.
• Managing utility and business rates queries and costs.
• Preparing service charge budgets and reconciliations.
