Job summary

The Ambitious Group in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an experienced Property Management Compliance Coordinator to lead the Certification and Compliance function within a busy Lettings Agency.

You will proactively manage landlord compliance requirements including Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Reports, Energy Performance Certificates and HMO Certificates, liaise with landlords and tenants, and produce regular compliance reports.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Lettings or Property Management is desirable.
• Must be highly organised and IT literate.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Be a confident communicator and be able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and schedule landlord compliance requirements including: Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Reports, Energy Performance Certificates and HMO Certificates.
• Identify any remedial works and obtain quotations.
• Liaise closely with landlords and tenants.
• Produce regular compliance reports Monday to Friday plus every third Saturday 9:30am to 1pm.
