Job summary

Ambitious Group is seeking an experienced Property Management Compliance Coordinator in Newcastle upon Tyne to lead the Certification and Compliance function within a busy Lettings Agency.

You will manage landlord compliance requirements (Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Reports, EPCs, HMOs), liaise with landlords and tenants, identify remedial works, obtain quotations and produce regular compliance reports. The role is Monday–Friday with every third Saturday 9:30am–1pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lettings or Property Management is desirable.
• Must be highly organized and IT literate.
• Able to multi-task and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule landlord compliance requirements including Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Reports, EPCs and HMO certificates.
• Identify remedial works and obtain quotations.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants.
• Produce regular compliance reports.
• Monday–Friday pattern plus every third Saturday 9:30am–1pm.
