Base pay range

We are seeking a Property Management Administration Manager to join our Lettings Property Management team in Wimbledon. The role involves managing a team of PM Administrators, overseeing their work, ensuring deadlines are met, handling escalated queries, and supporting recruitment and training. The ideal candidate has experience in team management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Radar.

Responsibilities include:
  • Reporting to the Head of Lettings Management
  • Line management of PM Administrators
  • Reviewing work carried out by the team
  • Meeting administrative deadlines
  • Handling escalated queries and complaints
  • Training and recruiting staff
  • Providing statistical reports for KPIs
  • Managing department email inboxes
Skills Required:
  • Experience managing a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Radar
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Excellent team support skills
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and record actions
