Job summary

Awaze in the United Kingdom is seeking an Administrator to join the cottages.com team in St Mawes. The role is full-time, 9am-5pm with Saturday availability required, supporting the Property Management Service and coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and Health & Safety tasks.

You will work with the Regional Operations Manager and local teams to onboard and retain managed properties, handle owner and guest inquiries, and promote the service to owners.

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer literacy, with Microsoft Office knowledge
• A genuine passion for customer service
• A collaborative and proactive approach to getting things done
• An interest in travel - particularly UK holidays

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver efficient administrative support across the Property Management Service function
• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager and local teams to ensure smooth servicing of managed properties
• Assist with the sales and promotion of our Property Management Service to new and existing owners
• Support cleaning, maintenance, and Health & Safety coordination to maintain high operational standards
• Ensure owner and guest queries are resolved efficiently and exceed expectations
• Promote our brands professionally within the local community
• Support local promotional events, owner functions, PR activities, and county shows
• Provide cross-functional support to local recruitment teams, other regional offices, and Head Office as required
