Job summary

Bedspace Resource Limited is seeking a proactive Grade 1 Operative to clean, clear, and repair void and occupied properties. You will ensure safety, presentation, and readiness for occupancy, meeting Bedspace Property Standards and contributing to high‑quality housing and support services.

You will collaborate with the Housing Team, prioritise workloads across regions, and model professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in the relevant tasks listed above.
• A full UK driving licence (with no more than six points).
• Willingness to travel across the region.
• Strong interpersonal skills with vulnerable individuals.
• Robust, solution‑focused attitude when managing challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Undertake clearance, cleaning and repair of void and occupied properties to Bedspace Property Standards.
• Work with the Housing Team to prioritise void and occupied properties and support turnaround times.
• Adhere to Bedspace Maintenance Code of Conduct and Health & Safety policies.
