Bedspace Resource Limited is seeking a Multi-Skilled Property Maintenance Operative to maintain and prepare our supported housing across the Liverpool region. You’ll handle repairs from plumbing to decorating, with a focus on safety and comfort for residents.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. A strong customer service mindset and flexible approach are essential for visits to occupied homes and void properties.

Formación

• Experience maintaining residential properties and carrying out a variety of repairs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years in property maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• General property repairs and maintenance
• Preparing empty homes for new service users
• Painting and decorating
• Basic plumbing, joinery and electrical repairs (within competency)
• Replacing locks, patch plastering and general repairs
• Fire safety maintenance and property inspections
• Gardening and external maintenance
• Providing excellent customer service when visiting occupied homes
