Job summary

Serco Limited in Dudley is seeking a General Operative to provide maintenance services across a portfolio of properties. The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary range of £27,500–£33,500 and a requirement for a valid UK driving licence.

You will report to the Field Operations Manager and perform duties including fault reporting, safety checks, garden maintenance, and adherence to risk assessments and Serco standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of properties across designated area(s)
• Report faults using the AORA IT system and close faults
• Ensure properties are compliant and fit for purpose
• Carry out garden maintenance as required
• Adhere to Risk Assessments and Method Statements
