This role emphasizes leadership, planning, and vendor management to maintain high maintenance standards.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC certification and 2–3 years of mid-to-high level facilities maintenance experience, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a facilities maintenance team.
• Experience in residential facilities maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and oversee preventive maintenance and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire facilities maintenance team to enhance the resident experience, including work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor management.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and develop team members; create a positive and engaging workplace.
• Oversee work order processes, including execution, system close-out, verification, and vendor coordination.
• Own the preventive maintenance plans for the property; schedule, delegate, and track tasks to ensure completion.
• Ensure the property has adequate planning for inclement weather and safety compliance.
• Develop and supervise an inspection program for public areas and resident apartments to meet maintenance standards.
