You will lead on-site operations, manage contractors, and drive service excellence across all touchpoints.

The role requires experience in residential property or hospitality, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential property (hospitality or private rental sector preferred).
• Proactive, energetic and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong customer relations skills and a professional, outgoing manner.
• Well organised with good decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first class customer service and resident engagement.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate preparation of amenities for resident events.
• Maintain H&S compliance and safety risk assessments.
• Support marketing and leasing initiatives to minimise void periods.
• Monitor and review customer satisfaction and report on KPIs.
