Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff and vendors across multifamily communities, ensuring move‑in quality, timely service, and strong curb appeal while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires at least 3 years in multifamily maintenance, a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, and trades in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work is required.
• HVAC and CPO certifications are highly desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be available for on‑call and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations: Provide excellent customer service, respond to maintenance requests, and maintain a positive image of the community.
• Maintenance Management: Schedule and respond to work orders, inspect and maintain common areas and units, manage inventory and budget adherence.
• Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff, monitor progress, and participate in safety meetings.
• Adherence to Property Management Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines: Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence across operations.
