St Elizabeth Hospice in Ipswich is seeking a skilled Property Services Technician to deliver a high-standard maintenance service across our hospice buildings and retail units, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors.

The role focuses on maintaining aesthetic quality with high-quality internal and external decorating, carrying out routine, preventative and reactive tasks. A full driving licence is essential to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, with painting, decorating and minor repairs preferred.
• Strong communication skills and respectful approach for a healthcare environment.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel between sites.
