Job summary

Royal Trinity Hospice is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team in a permanent role. The candidate will perform planned and reactive maintenance across the hospice, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely task completion while supporting patient care environments.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Maintenance Operations.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the hospice and support the PPM schedule.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests, faults and urgent repairs.
• Monitor the Building Management System alarms and plant status where trained.
• Carry out routine checks and support infection prevention and patient safety.
