Linley and Simpson in Horsforth is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. You will handle maintenance issues from tenants by phone and email, identify problems, and decide if a contractor is needed.

You will coordinate with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure prompt, professional repairs and keep everyone informed throughout the process. The role offers a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience, plus an annual discretionary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT literacy and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous maintenance or property admin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with tenants, over the telephone and via email, who have a maintenance issue with their property.
• Identify the problem and assess if it requires a contractor to visit or if it is user error.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to facilitate prompt and professional repairs and maintenance, keeping all parties informed and obtaining necessary consents.
