Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd. is recruiting a Domestic Loss Adjuster to manage property damage claims across the Solent area. You will visit claimants at home, coordinate contractor visits, and settle claims with thorough reports, while delivering compassionate, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel by car.
• Understanding of how a home insurance policy operates and the basic make up of a domestic property.
• Excellent communication with policyholders, insurers, and contractors; capable of explaining complex details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across the Solent area.
• Visit claimants at their homes and co-ordinate visits from contractors.
• Lodge, gather evidence, and settle each claim with clear, professional reports.
