Our client is seeking a General Property Adjuster (Cert CILA / Dip CILA) to work from home and operate throughout Liverpool and surrounding regions as required.

You will handle a portfolio of domestic losses up to £100,000 in value on a 'cradle-to-grave' basis without restriction. You'll support clients in proactively handling and settling a mixed caseload of property claims. These claims can vary in complexity, so it's essential to put yourself in the policyholder's shoes, appreciate each situation individually, investigate claims with tact and a calm manner, establish facts and policy details, and work towards a resolution.
