Job summary

Blue Pelican is seeking a property litigator to join our Tunbridge Wells team on a hybrid basis. The role welcomes both full-time and part-time applicants and involves handling property disputes for commercial and residential clients.

Qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least one year of property dispute experience are encouraged to apply. NQ lawyers with relevant training exposure will also be considered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience handling property related disputes.
• NQ lawyers considered if they have covered property litigation during training.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of property disputes for commercial and residential clients.

Property Litigator - Tunbridge Wells (hybrid). Full time or Part time

Well established, friendly and flexible law firm based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, are looking to recruit a property litigator to join an expanding team.

The team handle a variety of property disputes acting for both commercial and residential clients.

This is an expansion position and therefore the firm are very happy to consider both full time and part time applicants.

Applications are welcome from qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least one years experience in handling property related disputes. NQ Lawyers will also be considered if you have covered property litigation during your training.
