JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 1+ PQE to join a recognised team in Tunbridge Wells. You will handle a broad range of property disputes, with direct client contact and meaningful responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

• Property Litigation / Real Estate Litigation Solicitor with 1+ PQE (likely up to 6 years PQE, although more senior candidates are also encouraged to apply)
• Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to deliver clear, practical advice
• Excellent communication and genuine confidence dealing with clients
• Organised, proactive, able to manage competing priorities
• Team player who wants to grow in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of property litigation: landlord and tenant disputes, service charge and boundary issues, adverse possession, rights of way, enfranchisement, lease extensions, possession proceedings and development-related disputes
• Direct client contact with real responsibility and meaningful exposure to complex property matters
• Learn from experienced lawyers and participate in structured mentoring and development
