Job summary

Eventus Legal in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) to join a growing Real Estate Disputes team. The role offers a salary of £50,000–£65,000, hybrid working with two days from home each week, and a supportive environment for national and regional client work.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in contentious property work, particularly landlord and tenant matters.
• Ability to manage a broad caseload and provide strategic, commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Managing a broad caseload of commercial landlord and tenant disputes, property related insolvency matters and development disputes
• Advising landlords, tenants, developers, landowners and insolvency practitioners on strategic, commercially focused solutions
• Working with Real Estate Disputes team on complex matters
• Collaborating with transactional real estate colleagues to provide a joined up service
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear, practical advice
• Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to department growth and development
