Job summary

Chadwick Nott in Milton Keynes seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join a growing international real estate disputes team. You will handle property disputes, build client relationships, and contribute to high-profile cases across development, asset management and investment.

With hybrid working and a market-leading training program, this role offers wide workload, career progression, and exposure to complex real estate litigation for investors, developers and corporates.

Qualifications

• Property disputes and transactions experience preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience assisting and running cases to trial.
• Familiarity with high-value real estate disputes and development matters.

Fantastic opportunity for a property litigation solicitor to join this international firm. The team has grown considerably in recent years and has expertise across various specialisms covering asset management, development and investment. They specialise in interesting, complex and fast-paced real estate litigation.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with a variety of property disputes and transactions
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Dealing with a wide range of matters from unopposed business lease cases, through to assisting and running cases to trial
• Acting for a growing client base including investors, developers, retailers, government departments, insurers, financiers, insolvency practitioners and high net worth clients

The team's quality has been recognised with award wins and significant client growth. They have enjoyed significant court wins in recent years at all levels up to and including the Supreme Court. Members of the team have also assisted institutional clients with high profile regulatory investigations, as well as advising on high-value and high-profile developments.
