Tees is seeking a motivated Solicitor to join the Property Litigation team in Chelmsford or Cambridge. You will handle a broad range of property disputes for commercial and residential clients, delivering clear, practical advice.

Qualified in England & Wales, you will build strong client relationships, manage a varied caseload and work closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes while supporting business development and networking.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent.
Experience in dispute resolution and litigation, ideally with exposure to property disputes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Commercial awareness and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters.
Advise on landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, rights of way, covenant disputes and related matters.
Build strong client relationships and deliver practical, commercial advice.
Work closely with colleagues across the firm to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Support business development and networking activities.
