Ellisons is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to support a Property Litigation Partner at our Chelmsford, Essex office on a full-time, permanent basis. The role offers flexible and hybrid working, with a strong client base and opportunities to develop within a Top 200 UK law firm.

You will join a leading Property Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, handling diverse disputes and advancing your career through exposure to high-quality matters across our regional network.

Qualifications

• Experience in property litigation with ability to manage own caseload.
• Strong client service and business development skills.
• Qualified solicitor with 5 years' PQE preferred; other experienced levels considered.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of property litigation and property dispute matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and practical, commercially focused solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional levels of service and client care.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Property Litigation and Dispute Resolution teams.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Maintain high standards of technical expertise, professionalism and regulatory compliance.
