Eclectic Recruitment Ltd is working with an established law firm in Borehamwood to recruit 2–3 PQE Property Litigation Solicitors on a permanent basis. You will manage a varied caseload of property disputes, deliver practical advice to clients, and contribute quickly within a busy team.

The firm offers a competitive salary (£50,000–£85,000) dependent on experience, a full-time permanent role, and opportunities to develop expertise within a collaborative practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with strong property litigation experience.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with practical client advice.

Responsabilités

• Manage a broad caseload of property litigation from instruction to resolution.
• Advise clients on contentious property issues and dispute strategies.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, and related documents.
• Conduct negotiations and work toward settlements where appropriate.
• Manage court proceedings and liaise with counsel and other professionals.
