About the Role

Eclectic Recruitment is working with an established law firm looking to recruit 2–3 PQE Property Litigation Solicitors to join its busy team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for solicitors with strong property litigation experience who are looking to manage a varied caseload of property disputes within an established practice.

The successful candidates will be confident handling matters independently, delivering practical advice to clients and working effectively within a busy team. The firm is keen to appoint individuals who can integrate quickly and make an immediate contribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a broad caseload of property litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
• Advising clients on a range of contentious property issues and dispute resolution strategies.
• Drafting pleadings, correspondence, witness statements and other relevant legal documentation.
• Conducting negotiations and working towards effective settlements where appropriate.
• Managing court proceedings and working with counsel and other professionals as required.
• Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients throughout the dispute process.
• Managing competing deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficiently.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider property disputes practice.

About You

• A qualified Solicitor with strong experience in property litigation.
• Confident managing a varied property disputes caseload with an appropriate level of autonomy.
• Strong technical knowledge of property disputes and civil litigation procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
• A commercially minded approach, with the ability to provide clear and practical client advice.
