Job summary

Plummer Search Legal Recruitment is assisting a mid-sized London law firm in recruiting a Property Litigation Solicitor (3 PQE+) to join their team in central London (EC1).

You will handle your own caseload comprising roughly 75% residential property litigation and 25% commercial property litigation, including boundary disputes, service charges, L&T 1954 Act claims, and related matters. Office attendance is expected 1–2 days per week, with a salary range of £55,000–£75,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified lawyer with at least 3 PQE.
• Experience handling boundary disputes, service charges, and L&T 1954 Act claims.
• Based in central London (EC1) with 1–2 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload with ~75% residential property litigation and 25% commercial property work.
• Handle disputes such as boundary issues, service charges, and related matters.
• Contribute to client advisory work and file management to support the team.
