Gemini Recruitment is partnering with a large London law firm to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor with 3 years+ PQE for a permanent role. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of property dispute matters for institutional landlords, developers and private clients.

You will report to the Department Director, manage a demanding caseload, and contribute to client care and business development while upholding the firm’s high standards and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Must have a clean, valid Practising Certificate at the time of applying.
• Professional with a pro-active approach; excellent client care skills and ability to deal with client matters in a sensitive manner and resolve complicated practicalities.
• Extensive experience in dealing with Probate Litigation related work.
• Experience in own advocacy is an advantage.
• Excellent IT Skills - familiar with Microsoft Office applications and document management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Report directly to Department Director.
• Responsible for all aspects of Litigation work and on occasions, providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members.
• Ability to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities.
• Attending clients, taking instructions and preparing cases.
• Dealing with correspondence.
• Maintaining accurate time costing procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with file management.
