Job summary

Plummer Search Legal Recruitment is representing a mid-sized law firm in central London seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (3 PQE +) to join in 2027. You will manage your own caseload within a small, established team, handling roughly 75% residential property litigation and 25% commercial matters.

Working in EC1, you will attend the office 1-2 days per week and counsel on boundary disputes, service charge issues, LT 1954 claims, and related property disputes. Salary is c.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with at least 3 PQE.
• Experience in residential and commercial property litigation.
• Ability to manage own caseload and work in a small team.

Responsibilities

Job description

Property Litigation Solicitor (3 PQE +) London

A mid-sized law firm in central London are actively looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor (3 PQE +) to join the firm in 2027.

You will join a small but established property litigation team and work alongside around five other Property Litigation Lawyers.

In a fee earning capacity you will be responsible for your own caseload (c. 75% residential property litigation, 25% commercial property litigation). This will include dealing with: boundary disputes, service charge issues, L&T 1954 Act claims, debt recovery, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, professional negligence, development disputes, BSA claims, dilapidations, property related insolvency, nuisance and TOLATA claims, lease extensions, among others.

This role is based in central London (EC1). Office attendance is required 1-2 days per week. The salary range is c. £60,000-£75,000 + bonus.

Be a UK-qualified Lawyer (Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive) with at least 3 PQE - there is no upper end to the range.
