Simpson Judge, a growing regional law firm in Manchester, seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor / Associate (3+ PQE) to join its Land & Property Dispute Resolution team. You will manage your own caseload, work with Partners, attend hearings, draft court documents, and play an active role in developing the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in property litigation (ideally).
• Strong commercial property litigation experience.
• Experience handling a varied contentious property caseload.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work with appropriate supervision while taking ownership of matters.
• Genuine interest in long-term career in property litigation.
• Appetite for business development and contributing to growth of the practice.

A highly regarded, growing regional law firm is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor / Associate (3+ PQE) to join its established Land & Property Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property litigator looking to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative and forward-thinking team.

The role

You will manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced Partners and senior fee earners on a broad range of contentious property matters, including:

• Lease renewals and dilapidations
• Break clauses and forfeiture
• Easements and rights of way
• Rights of light
• Trespass and possession claims
• Property contract disputes
• Professional negligence claims involving property professionals

You will have direct client contact and opportunities to attend hearings, instruct counsel and experts, draft court documents and correspondence, and play an active role in the continued development of the team.

About you

We are looking for someone with:

• 3+ years' PQE (ideally)
• Strong commercial property litigation experience
