Property Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE - Bristol
We are seeking a property litigation solicitor to join a top-tier property litigation team based in Bristol. The successful candidate will handle high-quality property litigation casework.
Working with an esteemed client base, you will advise national landlords and tenants, developers, and investors on matters including restrictive covenants, trespass, landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, rent and service charge recovery, insolvency issues, and easements.
Applicants must be qualified solicitors with at least 5 years' experience in property litigation within a reputable team. Experience in broader litigation caseloads is also considered. The ideal candidate will be proactive in business development, possess strong communication skills, and have a commercial outlook.
