Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in the UK. You will handle a varied caseload, advise on risk and dispute avoidance, and support senior colleagues on complex matters.

You’ll work with a diverse client base including corporates, SMEs, developers, landlords, tenants and public sector organisations, contributing to BD and client relationships in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ PQE.
• Strong knowledge of property litigation law and procedure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

You will be working alongside highly experienced specialists, advising a diverse client base including large corporates, SMEs, developers, landlords, tenants, and public sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property disputes
• Advising clients on risk management and dispute avoidance.
• Handling proceedings in the County Court, High Court, and Property Tribunal.
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters.
• Playing an active role in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales 2+ PQE
• Strong technical knowledge of property litigation law and procedure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage work independently. Commercial awareness and a genuine enthusiasm for client service.
