Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor with 2+ PQE to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in the UK. You will handle a varied caseload, advise on risk and dispute avoidance, and support senior colleagues on complex matters.

You’ll work with a diverse client base including corporates, SMEs, developers, landlords, tenants and public sector organisations, contributing to BD and client relationships in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ PQE.
• Strong knowledge of property litigation law and procedure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property disputes.
• Advise clients on risk management and dispute avoidance.
• Assist with proceedings in County Court, High Court and Property Tribunal.
• Support senior colleagues on complex matters and help develop business.
