Job summary

G2 Legal Limited, on behalf of a well-established Legal 500 firm, is seeking a Property Litigation & Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its Maidenhead team. This role offers exposure to a varied caseload and a supportive environment.

You will handle property disputes, landlord and tenant matters, and commercial dispute resolution, with clear opportunities for progression and partnership for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE in property or commercial litigation.
• Experience in property litigation, landlord and tenant disputes or commercial disputes.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and case management skills.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Property Litigation & Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire
PQE: 1-4 years

Our client, a well-established Legal 500 law firm, is looking for a Property Litigation/Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Litigation team in Maidenhead.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in property disputes, landlord and tenant litigation or commercial disputes to develop their career within a supportive team handling a varied caseload.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of contentious property and commercial litigation matters, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease disputes and lease extensions
• Residential possession proceedings
• Lease forfeiture
• Dilapidations claims
• Service charge disputes
• Breach of contract claims
• Director and shareholder disputes
• General commercial and business disputes

You will manage your own matters with appropriate support from experienced colleagues, developing your expertise across property litigation and commercial dispute resolution.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE
• Experience in property litigation, commercial litigation or landlord and tenant disputes
