Job summary

A1 Personnel in Farnham is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 1–3 years' PQE to join a busy litigation team. You will manage a varied caseload, handling commercial and residential property disputes, and benefit from guidance from experienced colleagues.

The role offers development opportunities, ownership of matters, client relationship building and progression within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years' PQE.
• Experience handling property litigation matters.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property law and related disputes.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal research skills.
• Ability to work independently with supervision when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own property litigation caseload under supervision.
• Handle matters from initial enquiry to resolution.
• Advise on commercial property disputes and related litigation.
• Assist with residential property disputes where appropriate.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, witness statements and court applications.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Liaise with clients, opposing solicitors, barristers and courts.
• Attend hearings, mediations and client meetings as required.
