Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor in Farnham to join its Dispute Resolution team. You will handle residential landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, rent arrears, and draft pleadings and statements.

Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE and solid experience in property or housing dispute resolution is required. You will benefit from a supportive team, a hybrid working pattern, and clear opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE
• Experience in property litigation, housing litigation or related dispute resolution
• Familiarity with possession claims and rent arrears recovery
• Good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
• Strong drafting, communication and client care skills

Our client is a well-established law firm seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their expertise in property and housing disputes within a supportive team, handling a varied caseload with scope for further career progression.

The Role

• Residential landlord and tenant disputes
• Section 8 and Section 21 possession proceedings
• Rent arrears and debt recovery
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and court applications
• Advising on litigation strategy and negotiating settlements
• Attending court hearings and undertaking advocacy where appropriate

About You
